The intended workflow keeps the applicant responsible for reviewing recommendations and submitting applications directly to employers.

Offer planning

We are developing an offer and negotiation planning tool for aerospace, space and defense roles.

Who it's for

Senior enlisted leaders, warrant officers and officers.

The first release is planned for U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force senior noncommissioned officers (E-7 to E-9), warrant officers, and commissioned officers who are retired or preparing to retire, with a focus on the aerospace, space and defense employers that hire them.

Timing, eligibility and service availability will be announced only as releases are ready.
